UFC on Fox Sports 1: Shogun vs. Sonnen (also known as UFC Fight Night 26) is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held on August 17, 2013 at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts
The event will be the first UFC event broadcast on Fox Sports 1.
The main event is expected to be contested between former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Maurício Rua and Chael Sonnen. The bout was first linked to UFC 161, as Sonnen was mentioned as a short notice replacement for Rua's original opponent Antônio Rogério Nogueira, who was out of the bout with a back injury. Visa issues prevented Sonnen from getting into Canada, resulting in Rua being pulled from the event altogether.
Nick Ring was expected to face Uriah Hall at the event. However, Ring was pulled from the bout and replaced by Josh Samman Samman was subsequently forced from the bout and replaced by returning UFC fighter John Howard.
Akira Corassani was expected to face Mike Brown at the event; however, Corassani pulled out of the bout and was replaced by Steven Siler.
Thiago Alves was expected to face Matt Brown at the event; however, Alves pulled out of the bout citing an injury and was replaced by Mike Pyle.
Andy Ogle was expected to face Conor McGregor at the event; however, Ogle pulled out of the bout citing an injury and was replaced by Max Holloway

UFC 161: Evans vs. Henderson is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held on June 15, 2013 at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
While the UFC has hosted several events in the past in Canada, the event will be the first that the organization has hosted in Manitoba.
The event was expected to feature an Interim Bantamweight Championship bout between the current champion Renan Barão, and former WEC Bantamweight Champion and top contender Eddie Wineland. However, on May 21 it was confirmed that Barão had pulled out of the bout, citing a foot injury.With, Barão's departure, Wineland was removed from the card as well. As a result, the scheduled bout between Rashad Evans and Dan Henderson has been moved up the card and serve as the headliner in a three round bout.
TJ Waldburger was expected to face Sean Pierson at the event. However, Waldburger was pulled from the event and replaced by Kenny Robertson.
Stipe Miocic was scheduled to face returning veteran Soa Palelei on the undercard, but due to the change in the main event, UFC bolstered the main card and replaced Palelei with Roy Nelson. As a result, Palelei was removed from the card, but is expected to attend fight week activities as potential replacement for either two heavyweight fights at the event
Isaac Vallie-Flagg was expected to face Sam Stout at the event. However, Vallie-Flagg was forced out with a back injury and was replaced by James Krause.
Antônio Rogério Nogueira was expected to face Maurício Rua in a rematch in the co-main event. However, Nogueira pulled out of the bout in the days leading up to the event citing a back injury. Chael Sonnen was briefly linked as a replacement for Nogueira. An alleged visa issue created a problem for Sonnen to get into Canada, resulting in Rua being pulled from the event altogether.

UFC on Fuel TV: Nogueira vs. Werdum is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held on June 8, 2013 at Ginásio Paulo Sarasate in Fortaleza, Brazil.
The main event is expected to be a heavyweight rematch between The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil season two coaches, and perennial contenders Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira and Fabricio Werdum, it is a rematch of the first fight, in Pride, in which Nogueria won by unanimous decision back in 2006.
Also expected to be featured on the card will be the welterweight finals of season two of The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil. The finals were originally scheduled to be Santiago Ponzinibbio versus William Macario. However, Ponzinibbio broke his hand during his semifinal fight and was replaced by semifinalist Leonardo Santos.
A bout between Thiago Silva and Rafael Cavalcante, briefly linked to UFC 162, was moved to this event to bolster the card
